Good Reads for the Infertile Couple

Infertility is a lonely journey. Often, it seems there’s no one to talk to who will truly understand your predicament, your feelings, and your frustrations.

It’s also a occasion during which there’s often simply too much time to think. When you’re waiting to learn about viable embryos or when you’re waiting for your egg transfer day, for example.

When we’re not keeping busy, our minds go to all sorts of places and, usually, those places aren’t the best. We think about what has gone wrong and what could go wrong in the future.

We worry about finances. We ponder the stress our fertility puts on our relationships. We fill up our brain with all the stuff that is infertility and the baggage that surrounds it.

So, instead, why not pick up a book and fill your brain with useful information, written words of compassion, and good advice? There are many fertility-related books on the market that are more than just drivel about someone’s infertility battle.
