Biography
About – Mahasin Suna Qasim, MD, FACOG
Dr. Qasim attended Brown University and received his medical school education at UMDNJ – Rutgers Medical School. He subsequently completed a Transitional Internship at the University of Pennsylvania – Presbyterian Medical Center, followed by his Residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center. Dr. Qasim then completed his Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
He is Board-Certified in both Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility and Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Qasim is a leading clinician in the field of infertility, with advanced expertise in the areas of in-vitro fertilization (IVF), superovulation therapy, and oocyte donation. He is fluent in Spanish and Arabic, and is also a well-respected researcher having published many important articles related to human reproduction and fertility. Several of his studies have been cited for abstract publication in both national and international peer review journals over the years.
Dr. Qasim has received numerous recognitions in his field, including his multi-year attainment of both the prestigious Patient’s Choice and Most Compassionate Doctor Awards issued by Vitals.com. He has also been selected as both a New Jersey and New York Metro Area Top Doctor Award recipient for several years running. Additionally, he is a multi-year recipient of the America’s Most Honored Professionals Award, an honor bestowed upon the top 1% of Professionals evaluated and researched by the American Registry.
